There is no doubt the Voron 2.4 is an impressive 3D printer. It does have its shortcomings though - for some reason, it heavily relies on heat inserts. This is a problem particularly with inserts mounted and ‘loaded’ from the same side, in which case they're being pulled out due to various forces at play.
This issue is most prominent on the X carriage parts. I've hade those two heat inserts at the bottom pulling out so often that I just did a quick mod to use classic square nuts instead - easy enough to get and install and they just stay in place…
This Remix is based on David Relich's square nut mod! Mine is use a simple M3 hexnut! :)
NOTE: This mod is based on STEP files supplied with R1 & R2 release of the Stealthburner hotend (Means CW1 and CW2 Extruder compatible this mod!), which you can find on https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voron-Stealthburner
