The Husky Mobile Workbench is fantastic, but one drawback is the flat-edge work surface, which makes it difficult to sweep debris into your hand. To solve this, I designed a simple debris chute that attaches to the side of the workbench, providing an easy way to clear your workspace.
This chute is designed to bolt into the pre-existing handle mounting holes (I have the handle on the right side, so this attaches to the left). It uses the bottom two screw holes from the handle for secure attachment. If you'd like to keep your handle fully secured or need extra screws, the required size is ¼-28.
This is my first iteration of the design, so I welcome feedback and suggestions for improvement!
For reference, this is the workbench that I have. I'm not sure if the spacing of the holes is the same on all models.
