Zones of Regulation keychain tokens (5cm size)

Links with the Zones of Regulation approach used in lots of schools and some colleges where students learn to map how they are feeling onto a coloured zone and develop their own toolbox of strategies to move back towards the “green” zone where they are calmest and best placed to learn and engage.

Just a quick set of 5cm keyring type discs to illustrate the different zones that can be used on a lanyard or keychain by staff or students made basically in response to a request from colleagues for something to use in work in adult learning disabilities.
